Shipping & Returns

We ship within Latvia and the European Union. Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7 business days after payment is received.

Shipping costs are paid separately by the customer and are calculated at checkout. Delivery is handled by third-party shipping providers. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery services are performed independently, and delivery times are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Return shipping is free of charge

  • No restocking fees apply

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
