All orders are delivered by VAS "Latvijas Pasts" (Latvia Post). Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment. Track your parcel at www.pasts.lv using the tracking number we send you by e-mail.

Delivery methods and prices

Latvijas Pasts parcel locker (Latvia) — €2.99 Free for orders over €50. Delivery within 1–3 working days. When your parcel is placed in the locker, you receive an SMS with a door-opening code. Parcels are stored for 7 calendar days, then returned to the sender. Parcels cannot be opened, inspected, or handed in for return at the locker — claims and returns are accepted at any Latvijas Pasts service location. Max weight: 31.5 kg; max size: 38 × 38 × 58 cm. A mobile phone number is required.


Latvijas Pasts customer service location / post office (Latvia) — €3.49 Delivery within 1–3 working days (usually the next working day). You receive a collection notice; parcels are stored at the post office for 10 days from the day the notice is issued.


Courier delivery (Latvia) — €5.99 Delivery on the next working day by 16:00 anywhere in Latvia. Please check the packaging is undamaged on receipt; any damage must be noted in the delivery document.


Unisend parcel locker (Estonia and Lithuania) — €3.99 Free for orders over €60. Delivery within 1–3 working days (Tallinn and Vilnius — next working day; elsewhere — second working day). You receive an SMS and e-mail with a unique 6-digit pickup code; if not collected within 48 hours, the code is re-sent. Parcels are stored for 7 days, then returned to the sender. Max weight: 30 kg; max size: 38 × 38 × 58 cm. A mobile phone number is required.


Courier delivery — Germany, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Czechia, Hungary — €11.99 Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Courier delivery — France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Cyprus, Malta — €14.99 Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union.

Important

  • When choosing parcel locker delivery, a mobile phone number is required — the pickup code is sent by SMS.

  • Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping may incur an additional fee.
